Brewster Kaleidoscope Society 2012 Convention kaleidoscope by Jan and Bobby Boal

Now you can own a part of the 22nd Brewster Kaleidoscope Convention, 2012! Each attender of the convention received one at the end of the weekend. Acrylic base connecting the spinning piece with the teleidoscope. The tin has the 22nd Convention logo printed on it, and the brass teleidoscope is connected on top by a magnet, so it can be turned to focus at any angle of the spinning wheel as is desired. The wheel is moved by a finger pressing a button, which sparks when it gets up to high speeds. The base of wheel varies, may be red or blue. Handmade so each design is unique! The wheels are covered in sequins, plastic jewels, sparkling paint, pieces of colorful rubber bands or paper clips, and various stickers, including peach and Coca Cola stickers, to honor the city of Atlanta where the convention took place.

Scope stands 5" high, 5" deep, 4" wide. The turning "sparkle" wheel is 2.75" in diameter.  The brass teleidoscope is 3" long, 3/4" diameter.
